What does it cost a tenant to use an office broker?

Nothing in most cases. The landlord pays our fee.

How early should I start looking for office space?

Start six to twelve months before your lease ends. That leaves time to compare buildings, negotiate the lease, and finish any build-out before you move.

Should my company lease or buy?

It depends on how long you plan to stay and how fast you expect to grow. Office condos and small buildings come up for sale across DFW, and we can run the cost of owning next to the cost of leasing.

Do you lease office buildings for owners?

Yes. We price the space, market it, show it, and negotiate the leases. We also handle renewals for tenants already in the building.

Which parts of DFW do you cover?

All of it. Each broker works specific submarkets, including Frisco, Plano, Farmers Branch and North Dallas, the Design District, the Mid-Cities, and Little Elm.
