Steve has led Capstone through 26 years of proven performance in DFW, building the firm's submarket-specialist platform across Industrial, Office, Retail, and Land. CCIM designee, licensed Texas broker, three-time Aggie 100 honoree (2006, 2008, 2022), and Leadership Frisco Class X graduate. Beyond brokerage, he leads Capstone's value-add acquisition partnerships.
