Kara Porter with Capstone Commercial closed a 12.7 acre tract at Hillcrest and Ohio in Frisco, Texas. Capstone Commercial represented the Seller, Saratoga II, Ltd. The Purchaser was Laer Trams, LLC who rezoned the property from commercial to townhome, and has plans to start construction on the 85 unit TH development immediately.
